Good people! Great workout!
We get a great workout with Edlin, the trainer and owner.
Love this place! I was nervous to try crossfit because I thought I wouldn't know what to do or it would be too hard but I am so glad I came! They clearly demonstrate each move before you start and they are very encouraging. Crossfit is not just for people who are already in shape like I thought. Anyone can do it!!
