Professional and courteous staff. Treatments were explained and supported with at home activities. Very positive experience when recovering from a broken elbow.

Lauren is an amazing Pilates reformer instructor. She explains and demonstrates when necessary each component of the class. The classes are well planned and are always challenging and have great variety. The classes are small so Lauren can really keep an eye on our technique. Highly recommend.
