Taking part in the “Understanding Yourself” psychotherapy group was a deeply meaningful experience. Each session offered a space to reflect, share openly, and connect with others. Extremely disappointed with this practice. Despite raising serious concerns about our child’s wellbeing, the clinic outright refused to provide any support. Their response was not only dismissive but showed a complete lack of empathy, urgency, or basic professional responsibility. What makes this worse is that they had availability but still refused to help, offer alternatives, or even provide basic guidance. This kind of indifference is deeply troubling.
