The management and staff are incredibly helpful and take time to remember your name. Small thing to do, but the small things make big impacts! Clean facility, plenty of equipment even during busy gym hours. Their support team take their jobs seriously and care very much about your experience. Love to see it!

My whole family is overweight. Myself included. I was excited to join Gymbox because they allowed my 14 yr old son to go with me. The problem is they have certain hours that allow guests to come!!! I didn’t notice this until after I signed up and read it on a sign they had taped up. When I called to cancel they said it was $100 fee! My family members are self conscience and are new to working out so I was going to train them when the gym wasn’t full. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible So definitely READ THE FINE PRINT. Been coming here for almost a month. Nice gym, very clean. The young man in the morning works really hard to make sure the gym is in top shape. I’m very impressed with how organized and clean the gym is especially with the amount of people who come in.
