Gymboree has been such a wonderful experience for me sikce starting here. The staff, managers and families are so welcoming and i have truly enjoyed every minute.

This place is a scam-- I have just spoken with my friend whom I attended Gymboree classes with about two years ago in the past for our children to have fun together. When she came back a year ago, she had paid for a one month membership while she was in the Bay Area, but then had it canceled by a family member in person and this was confirmed. I have just heard about the malpractice in Gymboree Pleasanton's membership fee-- after a member canceled their membership after less than a month of using it, they have been charged nearly 1,600, despite it being vocally confirmed as canceled. We have taken our friends to Gymboree with this family and now we will never be returning

I canceled my membership 10 months ago and yet I have been charged over 1,500 dollars to date. Even though my membership was confirmed as canceled when my parent went in to do it on my behalf, as I don't live in the country and was only using Gymboree a few times when visiting Pleasanton, they have continued to charge me and are now refusing a refund despite their error, saying they cannot compensate me for this, they are a 'small business'. I can’t say enough good things about Gymboree! They have instruction led play with the ability to have your little one explore independently. They do a great job at keeping everything clean and the teachers have so much energy and keep the kids engaged. I recommend Gymboree Pleasanton to any family with small kids.
