The trainer is very knowledgeable and professional. The workouts are challenging.
I have been going to Live Free Fitness for a couple of years now and I love it. It's the best 30 minutes of my day. The workouts challenge you but don't make you feel like you can't do it. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend you treat yourself to the best 30 minute workout around.
