Can’t thank the coaches and Chris enough for all the training. Coaches Mike, Madi, Sandra, and Adam were all fantastic at teaching, and pushing you while also staying safe and respectful. This is a no-nonsense place filled with awesome people. I specifically went there to train for the USMC OCC and I’m now fully contracted and on my way to becoming an officer. I’m in the best shape of my life at 26 thanks to this place. Wish everyone the best and I hope more people join this amazing community

Hands down one of the best high intensity workout spots I've ever been a member of. As a woman, I love having so many female coaches who understand my body. It really makes a difference in your training. I can't say enough good things about these coaches too. Some days I was going through it and really didn't want to workout but I went because coach Michael and Coach Mari are such good vibes.
Out of Towner from STL. Dropped in on a Thursday and Friday morning. You can always tell a great gym by the vibe — this is one of them. Knowledgeable and encouraging coaches. Fellow athletes were friendly and supportive. And bonus: great programming. When I return to Tucson I’ll definitely be back in!
