Had a great experience here! Dropped in on class pass for a 9am group class. Great workout . Great coach . Really welcoming members & community . I call these type of places gem gyms . Small , loyal community and kick your ass workouts that get you sweaty!
I've been going to Gym 244 for about ten months or so and I felt compelled to write a review because it's such a great place! I go to group classes there and the workouts are diverse, so each day you may see conditioning, strength training, Olympic lifting training, running intervals, or crossfit-style workouts. The workouts are challenging, no doubt, but everything is scale-able, and the fantastic and personable coaches make it enjoyable.
