Large spacious workout area with lots of machines and free weights. Probably 20 Life Cycle treadmills, the same number of ellipticals and stationary bikes. I've never had to wait for cardio equipment and never seen them full even during busiest times. Staff always greets you when you enter and tells you goodbye. When you sign up for a membership at Gym Time in Alabaster, you get treated like royalty - everyone is so nice and helpful, and they seem like they are going to cater to your every desire. The gym has a lot of machines and weights, and when people actually wipe down the equipment, it is a really nice place to work out.
