Its a good place to train mainly because its economic ($15). Staff is good, equipment is ok but limited. It gets overcrowded quite often as it is a small place. Needs more set of Calf Machines as its a bodypart that is hard to target. Agree with someone else's review that it has too many treadmills and not enough free weights. Overall decent and economic. The cancellation fees and process is total BS.
I’ve been coming here for a while since I moved to the area, and I feel the facility could really use some updates. The color scheme, machines, and overall condition need attention. Several mats are torn, and the stairmasters do not work properly. Lately, it’s become discouraging to come in, rather than feeling motivated and excited to start my day.
Poor service and EQUIPMENT be careful here
