Keep away! I ordered my elliptical Jan. 2, 2020- was initially told 2 week wait, after which it was revised to 5 weeks. I kept calling asking for time of delivery. They said it was Precor's fault and it was out of stock. Finally, they called with date of delivery- 2 days forward. Gym Source Stamford think twice about it I live halfway between the store in WP and the Stamford Store. I called both stores and WP could not give me the time of day. Chad was very helpful. He told me that the store was having a sale on floor models. I went there and the machine I thought I wanted was not impressive. There was a True elliptical that was 5K. Fail to repair We have a broken elliptical machine in our clubhouse. They have attempted to fix it multiple times over the last several months. Despite 3-4 visits it is still broken. I would highly recommend another repair shop.

Beware Gymsource / TrueFitness! I purchased a Z5 TrueFitness Upright bike from Gymsource in February, 2006. It came with a 1 year warrantee for parts, 2 year labor. The bike broke a few months labor. A repairman came, said he fixed it, and was packing his tools and about to walk out the door when I tested and discovered it wasn't fixed. He tried again, and this time it was worked.
