Top quality gym equipment and service – Just purchased another treadmill for one of my personal training clients and he loves it. He did have a problem with the electronics, but the service tech was there twice in three days to fix the issue. The tech even helped him rearrange his existing equipment to maximize space!
How can any company with service this poor remain in business? – I purchased high end exercise equiptment from Gym Source two years ago. The equiptment came with a three year guarantee. Over the past 24 months, the equiptment has functioned less than 50% of the time. Gym Source maintains a regional service center in Attleboro, MA.
