REFUSED to come service my personal True Treadmill because I "was not a commercial business." Apparently, they have ZERO interest in helping people with their equipment because there's less money in it for them. The staff I spoke to on the phone was also very rude. She refused to help me schedule a visit, then refused to even advise me towards another route with which I could get my machine fix. Avoid this greedy business it you can.
