Gym has all the necessary equipment... There is a racquetball court but it's used as a mail room 🤣🤣
We loved Mission for two years until our recent renewal. Market rates for renting have dropped everywhere ($2900 to $2400 for a 2/1) and instead of adjusting us down we were told we had to move all of our stuff out for a week and then back in or move to another apartment altogether to receive the new rate. I simply do not understand why. We were happy tenants who were looking forward to another year in our current apartment.
