We’ve had our elliptical machine for five years and I’ve been meaning to get it serviced for over a year! Yikes! I’m so glad it’s finally taken care of. I called a different company last year but they didn’t really want to come out and service one residential machine and kind of ghosted me, so I’m grateful that Gym Precision was not turned off by a smaller job. Gym Precision's service to our corporate client in Santa Clara is all-star. The owner, Rick, answers the phone cordially, and the accountant, Giovanna, is quick to make adjustments in billing. We enjoy having Luis onsite for fitness equipment repairs. Repairs have included adjusting the treadmill running belt, replacing the treadmill trim cover plate, re-threading cord for selectorized machines, and fixing the cable machine on-the-spot.
