I brought Gym Precision a 25+ year old Schwinn Airdyne A4 that had broken. It was so old, that I was unable to remove the necessary parts to fix it. Gym Precision surpassed any expectation I had. When I walked in to pick up my fixed exercise bike, I literally thought that mine was unfixable, so they were going to try to sell me a new one. Turns out that "new" one was mine! Used Gym Precision to repair the burned out motor in my Life Fitness E1 elliptical. They were very professional, quick to respond (both via phone and email) and up front about the costs. I was able to schedule a visit for them to drop by my house to do the repair, which was very convenient. We weren't entirely sure what the issue would be, but thankfully they came prepared with a replacement motor, so they were able to get everything done in one visit.
