Best gym in the Boulder/Denver area. 24hrs, great staff. Excellent for strongman, powerlifting and bodybuilding.
I've been training at this gym for just over three years. In that time the facility has continually improved and adapted to the changing needs of its members. The coaching staff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, helping me to secure a national championship in my sport while improving my overall health and performance. I've been to just about every strongman gym in Colorado and Gym 5 is by far the nicest, with just about everything you'd ever need for comp prep.
