UNFORTUNATELY THE GYM IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED
Awesome gym that is welcoming to individuals at all skill levels! Came in never having done any consistent training of any sort, picked up weightlifting and was guided by the excellent training staff! Gym has great, well maintained equipment, clean facilities, and all the amenities. Overall, great experience for anyone looking to train!
AVOID. Was a member here for YEARS and have referred many people there over the years. My family has multiple memberships there. The equipment is older and they aren't very friendly, but I support local businesses. After reopening after COVID, they are not honoring prior rates and, instead of a moderate price increase, raised their rates to $100 a month. Their facilities do not justify that.
