This is a fraudulant company that won't take a Medical note from a PA or an MD. They want me to pay 360.00 termination fee when I have doctor's orders not to work out under anyone but their professional physical therapists due to a hip injury I received in Iraq. They work for Lighthouse Fitness Management a company who can not provide adequate trainers for their contract, and who sell fraudulant packages to individuals with trainers who are untrained. This is a company that doesn't need to be in business.

GYM HQ is a 3rd party company who handles administrative tasks for fitness businesses. Lighthouse Fitness Management is our client. We enforce/manage their contracts at their direction and do not have decision making authority to modify their policies or procedures. Lighthouse has a clear and well-defined policy when it comes to early cancellation for medical reasons.
