Hello, The lady who was working on Saturday, October 8th at 8:00 AM is the same person mentioned in several complaints. I asked her to lower the volume of the music because it was extremely loud. She turned it down slightly, but within five minutes, she raised it back to the same high level. Most of the people in the gym were clearly annoyed by the volume. I used to love this gym but the monthly fee has become completely unrealistically high! $91 per month and they have very old machines. It's time to look for a new gym🤣🤣
