Purchased a hip press a year ago. Was supposed to take 8-12weeks to receive it. 12 weeks passed and never got any updates. Contacted them multiple times for updates and each time it was a different story. Asked for a refund and have been ghosted. They stole almost $4,000 from a small gym owner. Some veteran owned business.

Gym Bro Fitness is phenomenal! I needed to make some changes to my online order and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I went to San Diego to pick up and the process was extremely fast! They had my order on a cart, ready to go before I walked in the door. I missed the name of the gentleman that helped me but he loaded my order directly into the car and I was done within a couple minutes! Good experience so far! Won’t know of the quality of the machine until I use it a bit. One thing I didn’t like was a lot of metal shavings when I un-packaged the parts and they went all over my house and I’m still dealing with it.
