Older white lady at the front desk was horrifically rude to me when I simply asked her a question, please teach your workers some type of common courtesy
This is a beautiful venue for formal events or weddings. The staff is very helpful in setting things up and planning for your particular needs. There are two ballrooms, one of which has a balcony wrapped around 3 sides that can provide additional seating. You must use their caterers for your meal but must bring in lighting and sound, to include a DJ. They do have a list of recommendations for these services.
