Been going to Gym Antrim since March and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Great atmosphere, supportive coaches and a wide variety of equipment and classes.

Brilliant gym - the coaches are all really friendly and always open to giving you advice if you ask for it. The atmosphere is great and you'll always get a smile and a chat off someone (if you want one!). I've the Large Group membership, and the classes are amazing - there's a wide range, and even within the classes, they're adapted to suit beginners or people who have been going to the gym for years. If you fit the target demographic (unfit, unsure, etc)for their coaching/classes, you’ll feel absolutely at home here. Otherwise, if you are confident in your own knowledge of training, and don’t take any unsolicited advice from someone who has been enhanced for 10+ years, but still follows their coaches orders for their diet and training with employing their own common sense.
