I've been working out here since 2018 - training with Missy at first, then Heather. I also drop into the women's group class occasionally and love it. Small gym, comfortable atmosphere, and there's always someone willing to help. Highly recommend!
I love this gym! The owners are incredibly sweet and welcoming. I’ve never had any issues with the equipment everything works perfectly. It’s always well-kept and clean. I usually come at night, so I see the owners often when they come in to clean. It’s such a great place to work out!
I am leaving this review as I sent an email to one of the owners - Tyler Spitzenberger - on 12/24/25, and there has been zero response on what I consider to be a serious matter as a customer. Below is the original email sent with concerns: Hi Tyler, I want to bring to your attention multiple issues within the gym.
