I’ve recently joined 707 and I am loving the team, the workouts and the overall vibe. After welcoming my third bub, I needed a change to my exercise routine and I’m not regretting my choice - I’ve essentially bought into a community of exceptional trainers and humans! I actually look forward to each session - highly recommend!
Really enjoying going to this small friendly gym. My personal trainer Siobhan is awesome and is pushing me as I requested.
Siobhan PT sessions have been great, as someone who hasn't been in the gym before. She has given me clear instructions, taking time to ensure my form is good ensuring I don't injure myself. The gym itself is clean and has a relaxed vibe about it. Everyone is welcome.
A gym that is nothing short of a community. Incredibly gifted trainers, open for all ages and fitness levels - a place where you get a cracking workout and make friends!
Staff were super helpful with starting up my membership and the gym haven’t had to wait for equipment at any point since joining
