I started working out with Alecia 2 yrs ago after an accident left me unable to keep up in a group. She listened intently to when I showed her why i can no longer do, and we focus on what I CAN do. I was surprised at the ease at which I was lifting 50 pound boxes last summer when we moved and not so surprised to regain my ability to do a mean plank! And come as you are is the way I like to come to train. Thanks Alecia for the welcoming environment!

Alecia is amazing! Joining her gym was the best decision I made. I loved how she met me at my level. My life consisted of caring for others and not myself. She gave me the confidence, tools, and encouragement to continue caring for others as well as myself. I'm not only physically stronger I'm mentally stronger. Everyone I encounter is better for it. She is a fantastic blessing!

I started my firness journey nearly 10 years ago working with Alecia. I had never worked out consistently and had no idea where to start. Alecia was amazing from the begining and taking classes with her instilled a love of fitness in me that I never imagined was possible. She is an incredible coach and will push you to the next level.

I chose Gym 608 to be my home because of Alecia! She is welcoming, challenging and genuine. I am an instructor at Madison College and I always ask her to come in and help educate future fitness professionals in our field. I can't think of a better professional to teach students how to manage their time. Students are able to connect with her because she is a hard working mom, owning her own business and doing what she loves! If you are looking for a place to call home, Gym 608 and Alecia should be at the top of your list.
