I highly recommend him. Dr. Mo is so great. He explains things clearly, is very responsive through myPenn medicine portal, and is caring and attentive.
He did not diagnose my mother with an aggressive form of cancer. She was his patient for over 5 years. It took a trip to the ER to get her cancer diagnosis. She was dead 3 months later. She had told him of her symptoms. He dismissed them as the complaints of a little old lady with white hair. Do not trust him with your healthcare or the care of a loved one.
