I will be the first to say this! As my children are students at Doral. Being “good neighbors” they are not it when it comes to community and helping one another out. As a small family business owner myself who also has a parking lot that people use to cut through, I get the frustration. This is for a school, however. GYGB Self-Storage has been outstanding! The facility is exceptionally clean, secure, and makes great use of technology, making access and account management incredibly convenient. It's clear they take pride in maintaining a first-class operation. What really sets them apart, though, is their staff. Oscar, Katelyn, Chris, and Melissa have all been incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we've needed assistance. Excellent customer service… Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. Dust free unlike other storage facilities where you access from the outside. I would highly recommend this facility.
Candy and Oscar at GYGB are professional and courteous. The facilty is clean and secure.
