Always fast pleasant and knowledgeable. Very caring and understands any problems you may have.
I want to know what is going on...I cannot get my medication saying my doctor is not a medicaid recipient anymore. Staff is great...wonderful and friendly.
My biggest concern is not getting phone calls returned. The staff are lovely in person. I have tried 2 months in a row to call because i needed assistance with my medication. For two months, I never got a call back.
This place should be closed down..I can not tell U how much suffering they cause..Dr.Plummer left this freak show and went out on his own..Restoration is the best of the best..
I don't even want to give this place 1 star. It's the biggest pill mill ever. You can sit in the lobby and listening to the other "patients" make their deals with each other. I said something about it to one of the staff and she laughed it off and said, "Well you hear all kinds of things..." I'm like seriously? Then when you finally get lucky enough to get back to see the Doc who barely speaks english, he has no time for you, he already has your script wrote out, he doesnt want to discuss any new issues you may be having. Look more like a place for junkies than a bona fide licensed and experienced medical practice (I've worked as a licensed addictions counselor/therapist in other States. This place struck me as one of crack joints replete in many of America's POORLY SERVED low income/indigent "urban/inner city" communities where the emphasis is more on making a buck as opposed to doing real pain management). THE FIRST TIME I WENT THERE THEY GIVE ME PAIN MEDICINE AND TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY I WOULD CONTINUE TO GET MY MEDS WAS TO TAKE STERIOD INJECTIONS. AFTER COMPLETING THE 2ND STAGE OF THE STEROID SHOTS THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE NO LONGER GOING TO GIVE ME MY MEDS ANYMORE AND WOULD ONLY GIVE ME STERIOD INJECTIONS. THEY USED ME AND MY INSURANCE AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY PAIN LEVEL. ALL THEY WANTED WAS TO USE WHATEVER WOULD COST THE MOST TO BILL MY INSURANCE CO FOR. I took my husband here as a new patient. As I observed this facility and staff. I was disheartened and my blood pressure was boiling!! The patient clientele were dope up. As soon as they sat down , they fell asleep, hardy hold eyes open! 95% were smokers! Hovering around the enterence smoking!!! This facility is only here to assist drug users/ abusers. Sorriest excuse for a pain management group I have EVER been to. Dropped me because hospital gave me my pain meds during a ten day stay!
