Always fast pleasant and knowledgeable. Very caring and understands any problems you may have.
I want to know what is going on...I cannot get my medication saying my doctor is not a medicaid recipient anymore. Staff is great...wonderful and friendly.
My biggest concern is not getting phone calls returned. The staff are lovely in person. I have tried 2 months in a row to call because i needed assistance with my medication. For two months, I never got a call back.
I felt spoken down to & as if I didn't matter. Pushed out quickly with the dr & the PA seemed to hate her life.... It showed. Extremely long (2-3 hr) wait times.... & just hateful staff.... Except the males that wanted to date you. I can't believe I paid to go there, then found I had nothing, zero I should of paid. But they do not issue refunds... PERIOD!

This doctor was charging me $100.00 co-pays EVERY visit, while Medicare's co-pay is $17.72. Plan on spending the day in his hot office too. They don't like to turn on the air conditioning. They need to 'keep costs down'. A 9:00 a.m. appointment may be seen by 12:00. The last time I saw this doctor, he bodily threw me out of his office (Hands On!) He is the only pain management doctor in the area. If you choose him, I wish you good luck!
