This is one of those places where the office lady will pretend like you don't exist for 10 minutes when you're standing right in front of her. Also the light wasn't working, it never turned green, just stayed red. Instead of sending someone out to let me know I'm done they let me sit in my truck for an extra 40 minutes until I went inside to check on the progress. "Oh yeah you're done, the light isn't working. Here's your paperwork." Nice.
