I have call no less than four times to find the right part number to order, each time customer service blew me off. If you check the website the part on the part diagram is number 11, when you cross reference it with the parts key for the CH4, it give you the upper handle and not the part the diagram show. I'm assuming after many phone call and no reply, I'll have to push this around my five acres to use it at 66. I will not buy any of their other products, the star rating need to go in the neg range for this company.
Parts ONLY available online... $14.50 shipping for a part I can fit in my pocket from their warehouse just down the road from me.. I can not even pay and collect...... day light robbery, can NOT recommend.
Bought a dent and scratch mower 62" Beast a few weeks ago. So far I have called customer service about 10 times trying to get help on adjustments. CS is not very helpful and they don't return calls and you should not bother because all they will do is send you an incorrect bulletin that does not help much, they don't have experience adjusting the mower itself. big chinese junk 62 in. Zero-Turn Commercial Mower Powered by Briggs and Stratton 25 HP Pro-Series I bought this Chinese junk, on March 18, 2018.
