I attempted to get a balance here and I was told the night before that I would be able to after providing pictures of my tires but after getting to the shop I was refused service and told that I need to get new tires. I would’ve been okay buying new tires, however the persistent up sale of tires and other services was quite annoying and it’s just seemed like they wanted to get the most money out of me. There are other tire shops in the area who didn’t give me any problems and had me in an out of their shops at a lower price.

I cannot thank GXC Service enough for the quick and kind service. Me and my sister were on the way to Dallas for training when we got a flat tire on a Sunday. No one had the size of tire we needed and it was after 5 pm. 1 call to GXC Service, they met us where we were, installed the tire, took care of the bad tire and we were safely on the way to Dallas. A big THANK YOU to all who provided the valuable service.
