Too bad you can't give negative reviews. Staff needs to be fired. Mom was in there. She had to go to the bathroom, one person helped her get to it but left her there stating, "I'll be back in a minute." 5 hours later she came back and found my mom in bed. Mom, under extreme pain, managed to get back to her bed on her own. Isn't that elderly abuse?
