Called to get a plumber for a water pipe burst and waited hours for a call back. Called them again and was told they don’t service my area. Horrible customer service.
The technician explained the problem causing the lack of heat and what would be needed to repair.
Red did a wonderful job. Very very well knowledgeable about his work. My wife and I surely enjoyed talking with him. And he’s very passionate about his work as well. Explained what he was doing the causes for why things happen. Enjoyed him. Don’t find too many workers that take the time to explain what has happened to why he had to be called out. Thank workers like him 👍🏾
