Do NOT do business with GWT , Stuart S. He will take your deposit and never place the order. He will stop answering your calls, emails and all communication after he takes your money . It has been a complete nightmare. 7 months and he never placed the order.
When it comes to sales - great. When it comes to delivering - horrible. Couldn’t get a response to text, email or calls . Ghosted for weeks. Shameful service. Too bad. Would have liked to do more business with them.
Paid GWT a hefty deposit of 60 percent for a Renson pergola in April 2024 and still waiting for my pergola to be delivered. The company won't return any calls after leaving multiple messages. The manufacturer Renson claims not to have received my order placed through this vendor GWT.
GWT has been amazing to work with on several projects of ours. They know what they're doing and have VERY nice, well-built equipment offerings. We are happy to provide a positive review for Stewart and his team and will certainly use them in the future. Thank you, GWT!
The entire storefront is beautiful, very helpful service, knowledgeable employees, and their product is absolutely fantastic!
