Do not buy gift cards here! I purchased a giftcard from here online and they never sent me the promotion code to use it! I've sent them a couple emails over the last 2 days and havent recieved an email. Update: I was able to reach out and have my money refunded. Nice people but its pretty evident if you're doing online shopping and you're not from the area that buying here might lead to technical issues.
***Buyer beware*** Ordered something off their website - the 1 day shipping/delivery banner is misleading. Make sure to read the delivery small print, I got a snark reply when I emailed them. To clarify, its 1 day delivery after they've shipped the product which can take up to 7 days. Get this, it was supposed to arrive yesterday and it still hasn't. In fact, it's not coming until (maybe) Monday now. So false misleading advertisement to say the least. $20 product, $15 "priorty" delivery, and I still don't have it.
I was very excited to receive my saddle pad. I ordered the one that was advertised on the website. To my surprise, when I opened the product, I was very disappointed with the product, and it was not the same color and quality. I hope I will receive a full refund, as the product is also defective. I wish I could add pictures to show how sad this saddle looks like. Update: Been able to connect with costumer service as they were able to provide with assistance to exchange or refund the seat saddle.
Tell me why you can only pick up before 5pm when its all the way in nowhere town. Then when you get there, they tell you to go to the back even though theres no sign telling you exactly how to get there ... low quality service and overall bad customer service experience
