I don't even know where to start on Lily @ GWM - having worked with her in the past, I could not have imagined anyone else designing and making my dress. I came to Lily with photos of a dress I had tried on elsewhere - but wasn't happy with various elements, and Lily completely designed this from scratch, making the adjustments I wanted - including the split and detachable sleeves (so I could dance!). Shocked that I had to pay for a fitting when the store was empty!!! Others were walking in and had tried on random items during the time we were there and not even charged!! The experience didn’t even justify being charged.. not even offered a seat or anything to drink! Went in and pics on website do not appear to be anything like what we saw on the racks!! Lily made me feel comfortable from my very first visit and helped me create the dress of my dreams! The vision really came to life and I am so glad I went down the custom made route. I cannot recommend Lily enough, she is the best!
