This was hands down the worst experience we have had with any car dealership — and we’ve bought from several. What we dealt with here, especially with Bart Khan, was a disaster from start to finish. At first, Bart seemed fine. He handled our inquiry, managed the sale, and communicated with us up to the day of pickup. But as soon as the sale was locked in, everything changed.
