The customer service here is exemplary as an example I bought wheels and tyres from another shop. Trent not only ferried my new car to get them fitted but dropped off the old wheels to my house!
My wife and I visited this dealership today because we were genuinely interested in the Haval H6 and were seriously considering purchasing one. When we entered the showroom, there was a staff member assisting another customer near the entrance. I made eye contact, expecting at least a greeting or a simple acknowledgment that someone would be with us shortly, but we were completely ignored.
