The building at 5140/5160 Yonge has fallen into such a sad state of repair. Their "Certificate of Excellence" they won six years ago has never been renewed. Escalators and elevators constantly don't work and dirt and debris can be found all over. It's likely because tenants are fleeing and they don't have the money for proper maintenance which is sad because it used to be such a great place to work. I won't be surprised if it's knocked down in less than ten years with condos going in it's place. Doomed to say the least.
Google "Yieldstar" before entering any contracts with these people
SUCH A WASTE..!! The management is uneducated and uncivilized
Very nice and clean building
Three out of four escalators aren't working. One hasn't been working since December with no efforts to fix. Shameful building management.
