Unnecessary After using Gwin's for almost two years, I realized that they are really unnecessary in the age of the internet. I was always able to find better prices and more direct flights than they would offer. On several occasions my hotel was not the chain requested, although there were rooms available. I also had a great deal of problems with the company submitting my frequent flier information properly.
