Our travel agent, Colleen, helped us plan the perfect trip for our anniversary. She listened to us and found several resorts for us to consider. Then she answered all our questions and was knowledgeable about Secrets Royal Beach in the Dominican. She walked us through the entire process and spent time with us on the phone several days before our trip so that there would not be any problems traveling out of the country. I would use Colleen again for any future travel.
I was initially excited to work with Gwin's travel because my employer offered a discount there. However, I was berated over email by someone named Allison Bahn saying that my $3000 budget for two people to visit Alaska for a week or less was completely impossible, and I needed at least a $5000 budget and told me I had to spend 10 or more days there. She refused to help me after saying that $3000 wouldn't even cover my airfare and car rental, even though I was just in Alaska last year and spent $188 on a five-day car rental ... read more
