The manager, Bob Tyson, sold a defective fridge and dishwasher that cost me another fridge. He blamed the fridge condenser unit malfunction on a house roach problem which was non-existent. We rehabbed the floors and painted the walls and thoroughly cleaned the house, which remained vacant until closing. No one, including the buyer and the home inspector, found a roach problem.
