Dr Smiley and Dr Darby are the best!! So thorough, kind, and really take their time with you.
Took my child in for a visit. One of the medical assistants called my child’s name but did not provide verbal direction to the room, only gestured. There was no greeting, and the tone when saying the doctor would arrive soon felt a bit dismissive. The medical care itself was fine, and the doctor & NP were professional. However, clearer communication and a more welcoming manner from staff would make a big difference—especially in a pediatric setting.
Caring and thorough pediatricians! Our son always likes seeing Dr Smiley, who makes him laugh and engages with him thoughtfully!
Dr. Scott Darby is the absolute best! He is very meticulous and detailed in explaining treatment plan/goal, life scenario and/or potential challenges. Myself and my pre-teen son appreciate him a great deal!
Gwinnett Pediatrics Sugar Hill office is amazing. They are always so friendly and great with the kids. Dr. Yolanda Johnson is also such a caring, informative provider. Would always recommend them to take the best care of your kids.
