Comfortable, clean, friendly and caring. My kids enjoyed their well-child checks right up until vaccination time. (But who enjoys those?)
The provider was very courteous and efficient. STEPHANIE JONES, CPNP had excellent bedside manner. She was very observant and caring. She went the extra mile to ensure my son had the medications he needed before the weekend began. I highly recommend her.
I’m really disappointed with how this office is being managed, especially by the front desk manager. I brought my child in feeling very sick, and from the moment we walked in, the front desk staff — led by the manager — were rude and completely unhelpful. They couldn’t find my appointment, and when I asked for help, the manager rolled their eyes and told me to “check the portal.” Instead of trying to figure out the problem, they acted like I was bothering them. Dr. Smiley is the BEST!!! Very thorough and knowledgeable!!! Great with kids!!! Love her vibe and energy!!!
I'm happy with the doctors and staff. They're very kind, and I really like how efficient they are with reminders when my daughters have appointments. If I need to fill out any paperwork regarding insurance, they send it to me via text message, making my life easier!
