I love Gwinnett Orthodontics! The office is setup so warm and cozy with snacks. They make you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door. As a a new patient, they had my name written on the chalkboard welcoming me in. Then it was an easy process signing in. Also the Dr. was very personal, he remembered a conversation we had from my last visit. I can’t remember everyone by name but Jackie was so helpful and sensitive to me. I appreciate how she took her time with me. Hats off to everyone! Thanks for a great experience!

I absolutely love this office. As an adult, I have never been one that likes any kind of dental visits. This office provides a level of comfort that it is so inviting and calming. I am always nervous when I have a dental visit. The dentist ensured me that I was in good hands. I especially like that I was asked, why was I nervous or anxious. My experience with Gwinnett Orthodontics has been truly exceptional. From start to finish, the team has been incredibly helpful and patient as we navigated the process of braces/Invisalign for my daughter. Brittany was especially accommodating, taking the time to answer all of our questions and help us feel confident before making our decision. Excellent staff, very professional, accommodating and compassionate throughout both of my daughter’s braces journey. Dr Chakote’s expertise and kind nature always put my girls and us at ease when coming in for their appointments. I have to point out the new face lift the office got! Such a relaxing zen ambiance with a lovely spa like aroma that fills the air. Cleanliness 10/10.
