I Wish I can give zero Star I had a very disappointing experience at Gwinnett OB/GYN Associates with Dr. Bimbola Arotiba. Last month, when I called to make my appointment, I clearly informed the scheduler that I have a baby and asked if I could bring him because I have no one to watch him. The staff member told me that it was OK. However, when I arrived today for my 2:30 PM appointment, I was told I could not be seen because I had my son with me and that I needed to reschedule. I had my first appointment with Dr.Ilobuchi today. I was very impressed by the service I received from the time I got there until the time I left. Dr.Ilobuchi was very thorough and she had a very warm personality. I felt at ease with her. Im very happy with my doctor. Im medical too so when I receive excellent service I like to give people their props.
It is really irritating that I have to fill out documents everytime I come in for my annual. You all clearly have all of the information in the system because I received emails and text messages as well as mail. I signed all required documents as well as submitted my ID and insured card but refused to fill out my information because they already have it and was told I can’t be seen by the doctor. What that say about you all?
Called and “scheduled” an appointment but when I arrived and the receptionist found that the appointment was never scheduled. Received text confirming my new appointment asking for me to fill out virtual forms but after arriving they had me refill the same forms on paper stating they do not transfer over which I found to be very inefficient. I ended up waiting for over 40 minutes without being seen. Very unorganized office unfortunate experience for a new patient.
