The wait time for assistance from a professional was more than two hours. Upon arrival, there was no indication of how long the wait in the waiting room would be. This lack of communication is not aligned with the expected standards of respect for users.
First off, the young lady who greets clients is kind and patient. Reading the reviews and experiencing the lack of keeping appointments, I'm sure she catches a lot of anger from clients. They had an issue opening the new patient forms I had attached to an email. And true enough, she did email me back soon after my having sent it. But many of us aren't sat in front of our devices checking email, so after having not gotten a reply maybe it's best to call a client to address rather than wait for them to get to the office. Well, my experience with the clinic has been quite enlightening. They took my client and properly diagnosed her then assemble a regimen for longevity. Dr. Syed rocks!
I went to this place on last Thursday. I was a bit apprehensive because some of the reviews were scary. I only paid my co pay and they were able to use previous imaging so I did not need to go through that again. The office staff were really nice and explained it all to me.... I also really liked to Dr. I felt that he really listened to me. Good day! I pray all is well. First of all, I must start my review off by saying Dr Badar Syed, and his office staff were amazing! I was released from the hospital from a four day stay. I needed to get in to see a neurologist ASAP. Every neurologist, including neurologist I had seen before could not get me in until November, and others could not get me in until January or February 2025.
