Ridiculous. I was here at 8:45 for a 9am appointment for an EEG. I am the only person in the waiting room. They haven’t called me up for my payment yet and who knows when I will be called back for the EEG. I wish I had read all of the concerning reviews about this place before committing to coming here. I am not satisfied at all with this. 1/8/26 I had a 2:30 appointment. They got a late start today and are running 40 minutes behind. This is absolutely unacceptable. It keeps getting better. Please stay away from this place. They will charge you for services that they didn’t fulfill. They charge me $35 for a copay for a virtual visit in October 2025, that never happened. They claimed their virtual app was not working, and they never followed up with me. Then they will send you other bills through their billing company for services you know nothing about.
