Doctor and staff are either unfamiliar with appointments. It was at 9, I arrived at 8:30 and left at 9:50 without been seen. People have to go to work. No respect for clients time and I'm sure they are going to send the bill even I didn't see the dr.
Update: we finally found a doctor who cares and listens and looks deeper into the symptoms my daughter was experiencing and instead of blowing her off, the doctor ordered further testing. She was confirmed to have Narcolepsy and the seizure-like episodes she was having was actually cataplexy. There are doctors who still care for people, but they are harder and harder to find it seems.
