Texas Oncology stinks! After 2 months after waiting for an appointment with a Dr. I have yet to see a Dr. I was only able to see a nurse practioner! Via telehealth! Before I had my iron infusion I had to pay ½ of "copay". Which I didn't owe in the first place because it was covered completely by my insurance. It's been over 2½ weeks and I still don't have my refund! This is unacceptable behavior! I went to the Gateway clinic in El Paso, Texas. I'LL NEVER GO BACK!
