I’m leaving a second review because my concerns clearly have not been resolved. My truck was in the dealership’s possession for about a month, and I picked it up with repairs completed differently from what I originally expected. Most importantly, the dealership installed black shocks on my Jeep when the original shocks were red, without getting my authorization to make that change. I was later told the red shocks were discontinued, which I dispute based on the parts information I found through Mopar. That alone was frustrat... read more
