Worst post sale service. You’re dead to the these ppl once they sell the car. They simply don’t care.
All they care about is to close you. Once you buy you’ll be forgotten. They don’t answer calls or texts.
This people are afraid of talking over the phone. They don’t answer your calls and only want to do texts.
This service dealer is horrible my girlfriend has gone three times missed work three times to get it fixed and to try to change a window that they repaired and they keep giving us the run around we got told we can go when ever to get it changed and now they told her it’s for Wednesday this has been a very bad and horrible experience
Service is always the best when I service my Jeep. Dean is always a great service advisor. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the scheduled maintenance on my jeep. Communication is excellent. I recently had my van serviced and Dean always gets me in and out with no confusion. Thanks Dean
