I have never been treated more rudely than I was today by the front desk employees at Gwinnett Animal Hospital. Whatever happened to the day when you didn't need to make an appointment for something that required immediate attention for your pet? The two ladies at the front desk were trying to make excuses that there weren't enough vets available to see my pet at the time I came in, even though there was no one in the waiting area and only one other vehicle in the parking lot!!!
