Gwinco was hired to route a new waterline along Wineville Rd in Jurupa Valley. They do not seem to have a dust abatement plan as part of this project. During windy days as Gwinco moved dirt around much dust/dirt was blown toward homes that back to Wineville. The dirt covered patios and more importantly filled my pool which has caused increased filter cleaning, at my expense. I phoned Gwinco to voice my frustration however Gwinco did not respond.
