Absolutely horrible group of people to deal with, rude and unprofessional. I’ve had to put up with building behind me in Newcastle for 3 years now, blocking the shared driveway with complete disregard for anyone else including the developer parking his Lexus over the drive way and building staff telling me there’s no way they’d ask him to move, often eyes rolled and rude if I need to use my driveway…. the girls have had catcalling, revolting remarks coming from the building site.

After living in a GWH constructed building for over 3 years I can say without hesitation that they are very poorly and very cheaply built. There is absolutely no sound proofing between units. I can hear EVERYTHING including every single footstep people take, every time they flush, everytime they f..., even every time they go to the toilet. There is no peace and quiet. It is constant noise from units. Remember GWH = Cheap, nasty, noisy unis.
