I really wanted to like Dr. Smith, I was looking forward to my visit with her but I was so disappointed. I guess I just expected more from her since she is a DO, but I’ve had much better care with my previous NP. Dr. Smith was so impatient and made me feel like I was bothering her. I will be going somewhere else next time, and it won’t be with Prisma!
